Mr. Derrek smith called us told we were approved for a modification we would only have to pay 1500.00 for there service after ageeing for there services? He called back told us we another 1500.00 to continue. I new to my gut feeling this was a scam but my husband believed in derrek now its been 8 months because of the 3000.00 we are behind in our morgage payments derrek new we were living pay check to pay check he saw our bank statements.
