Just checked my business account and found a charge in the amount of $10.10 from sportdip. Me. I went to that website and called the number given (727) 475-5942. The woman who answered had a very strong foreign accent. When I asked where they were located, she stumbled and said, "Florida." I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she might be able to help me. I remarked that an unauthorized charge was put on my account, and she asked when it happened and for what amount. I told her the date and the amount. She then asked for the last 4 numbers on my card and I refused to give them, citing that I didn't feel comfortable giving that information due to the nature of my call. I then insisted on speaking to a manager and she put me on hold. After some time, I just hung up. I am so frustrated by the gall of these people siphoning money from unsuspecting people. First our personal account was compromised, now my business credit card. What can be done to prosecute these people?
