Were told that we qualified to have our mortgage "restructured" as it was in foreclosure after applying for a modification and going through all the Bank of America horrors that others have and ending up in foreclosure with no option of redeeming our property. After paying the $5,000, which was more than others were paying because there were supposedly more steps to take since it had gotten that far, we were told there was nothing they could do and would be getting our money back. I get no response to my phone calls or emails from the very person, Stephanie, that was so eager to help us and take our money. Talk about adding salt to the wound. Talk about the scum of the earth, predators going after people who are already down.
