Free Labor and Unhealthy practices!

The Cafe located @ 143 N. Memorial Dr.in Prattville, Ala. To begin with, This is the nastiest resturant I've been to in awhile and something has to been done! No one wears gloves while dealing with food. They wipe the boiled eggs (not rinse) after shelling them, with the same towels that is use to wipe down the area that prep the raw meats. Several people has complained about free labor and unable to get paid for the hours worked. The female owner has the worst attitude. 90% percent of the staff, both past and present, Has said she is the reason they've quit or attempted to quit.in the kitchen, they dry out the cooked meats with the same towels they wipe hands after touching raw meats. I wouldn't recommend eating there if, you want to stay healthy. Someone really has to do something fast or alot of people is going to be sick, due to cross-contamination!!! I'm saying this because I too, got ill atfer just one day of being in there. The female manager is the leading force behind this matter and it's apparent to me, after just being there 1 day, that she does not care about the safety of others. If she can get over on people and have them work for free, that's what she will do!!! Please save the city. Get rid of this business!!! If if it hit the floor it could be on your plate!!!
