Randy Jenkins I called Mr Jenkins to see what a load of dirt would cost bringing it 30 miles, He said I needed the 120.00 dollar load, He charged 187.02 after delivery

I called Me Jenkins of Cedar Gap Topsoil, LLC to see what a load of dirt would cost me and I told him that I lived Approx 30 miles from him. We discused the different prices of loads and he said that I would need the 120.00 dollar load.

I told him that that would be fine and he said that he would deliver it the next morning. He did that and after he unloaded it he presented me with a bill for $187.02.

I told him that he quoted me a $120.00 price delivered, He then said that the 120.00 didnt include the delivery cost.
