Spent $800 and Never Received Gift Card Winnings

I spent over $800 and won $400 in gift cards. I was just learning. This was in October over two and a half years ago. When I paid promptly each time it showed payment was received but still nothing to this day. I have submitted numerous complaints all falling on deaf ears. I feel totally scammed.
