Purchased 4 watches from this store with promises of high quality and a guarantee. The first watch was delivered defective/broken and the store refused to exchange/refund. The second and third watches fell apart within 2 months, again with no opportunity to exchange/refund. The fourth watch stopped working within 12 months. The level of customer service/communication was appalling and the guarantee was a scam. I highly advise you do not purchase from this Internet store.
