Ordered a 14day free trial of anti wrinkle cream but was not told there was a charge of one months suppl after said 14 days and would be ongoing, have tried to contact number supplied 0844 745 2111 in the uk but all I got was music. I want to cancel the trial and return the product. I cannot do this, please help.
