Last week there was a $14.95 charge on my account from FundedPayday that was a total suprise, since I never had heard of them. Four phone calls and three emails later, they cannot help, because they cannot find my account. The operator stated that they have only ONE supervisor, and that they were unable to talk to me. They said that it would be a week for someone from the "head" office to reply. It's been a week, and still the same stonewall answers. The operator said there "head" office is in the United States, but that was all of the information she could release.
