Ordered phone and service online from Cricket. They took the money out of my account and I still haven't received the phone. I put in my order on May 9; checked box for free overnight delivery. I was told that estimated delivery would be on May 11. As of this time I am still waiting on the phone. Tried to call Cricket but that is a joke, I keep getting put on hold and passed from one person to the next. All I want is my phone and service, that's all I ask for. Is it that hard to get the phone to me as promised??
