Purchased a ring in St. Kitts while on a cruise. It was one of the recommended stores and I was with the shopping guide from the cruise ship. Original price tag was $9,944 and the shopping guide (Tamara) negotiated with the store manager and I ended up paying $2,595. Thirteen days later one of the stones was missing and they do not want to give me my money back.in fact I sent the ring back registered mail and they refused to accept the ring.
