Still Waiting - LLC

I ordered some forms at a cost of over $150 four weeks ago. About a week later I received a call that Legal Zoom needed more info and to call them back. I did call back twice, am now on hold for the third time. Each time I waited 20 minutes or more for their customer "no service" and left my number. They did call me back, both times so far in the evening and missed me. They have not emailed, mailed or tried to call back during biz hours. I am frustrated that they have my money and I have nothing and am waiting for important forms that I need to file.
