Won't Return Calls or Emails - Unkown Charge - LLC

I ordered an LLC through Legal Zoom and signed up for 3 equal payments to pay for it; first payment fine and the second payment fine. Then a week after the second payment a charge appears on my card for almost double the payment and no emails, no announcement, no reason why? I call; can't wait on hold so I provide a return call number to which their "system" says they'll get back to me in 24 hours. 3x I've done this; and now I've emailed them twice - no response. Poor poor poor communications Legal Zoom - shameful.
