NUF Accident coverage policy

Bank of america made the first year payments to NUF, if i accepted the $10,000 policy for accident coverage. On the 13th month i had to pay $9.95 and the policy coverage increased to $240,000.

Started on 07/29 for 10k and on 07/23 jumped to 240k.

Was doing electrical work onboard a navy ship, a welder crashed his scizzor lift cart to the ladder i was standing on. I made a claim to NUF, didnt accept it. Now im told that i had to get killed or loose an arm, leg, etc to get the coverage. Im still making payments. The contract is for accidents not death, now they are changing the rules to avoid paying me.
I callede them several times and get same answer, sorry. I lost my job and waiting for permanent dissability. Still refuse to cover my claim
