Publicyellowpages sends an invoice to a business for an ad in publcyellowpages.com for $599.00. Publicyellowpages has a recording in which Nicki from the quality control department calls the business, talking very fast. Nicki says "you spoke with our representative regarding your listing with us". Nicki confirm's manager's first name and asks manager to spell last name. "I have your listings here at [business name]" and asks manager to confirm correct address, phone, etc. "You will be receiving an invoice in the amount of $599.00 should we use a purchase order or should we simply mail it to your attention?" They threaten to take you to the "prelegal" department and sue you in New York.
