I called and was supposed to have received a refund within 15-21 business days. I called back on 5/14 because I still had not received it. They tried to say my bank was withholding it. I called and double checked with my bank and there wasn't any record of them sending the credit. I called back again and they said it would be there in the next 24 hours. It's still not here.
