Was charged 34.99 for a "loan" that I not only did not ask for, but also did not ever receive. Called same day and was told my account was closed, and I would receive a refund in 7-10 day. On day 10 I called and was told it take 7-14 days. On day 14 I called and was told it was 15 days. On day 15 I called and was told that everything was processed and it should show up soon. I asked to talk to a manager, and was hung up on. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was not one there but they would call me. I have not heard from anyone, and am still waiting on my refund.

I never applied for this loan and am still wondering how they got ahold of my bank information!!
