A debit for 29.95 was taken from my checking account without authorization from me. I called my bank then called the comapany they sent a "refund" check which also bounced and my bank charged me $30.00 2nd party returned check fee. Which they reversed. Im stil out the 29.95. Is there anything to be done about this???
