Scheduling issues

I have noticed at the caseys store in Webster City IA on superior street, That when Jackie is working a 2-11pm shift. She does not have any help at the front counter usually. Which today she had a big line of customers which were waiting patiently, but while trying to take care of customers she had a drive off from the gas pumps. Which with the line of people she was trying to help, she can not watch the gas pumps also. But if Jackie is not working the 2-11 shift. The other employees that work the 2-11pm shift have a extra person up front 3-7pm or 2-8pm or 6-10 shift.

And when an employee is working a 9 hour shift by herself, how is she suppose to take a break??? And also when you need somebody at the register at all times how are you suppose to do the cleaning and filling for the day??? And Jackie is a very customer friendly.

And I am in there frequently, which I live in Webster City and know some of the employees there. And find it kind of odd that Jackie is the only one scheduled by herself.
