I took out a loan and the next thing i knew i was minus the 99.49 in my account. The day prior to me missing the money, i got a phone call from a michael carter a supposedly a lawyer and told me i was going to jail in california, if i didn't pay him 300.00 the loan name was payday, and he mentioned i hadn't paid them back and i was going to jail. But the loan was not due yet.
