On 4/25 I opened a $. 99 trial subscription with speeddate.com. This was only for a one month trial. I was sent a membership confirmation notice from speedate showing the charge on my card. I received a second charge against my visa for $161.70. This was on a Wed. I called them at 1 877 328 3006 to cancelled but I would get a recording saying " sorry we can not be reached at this time " I am in C S Time and I called them on P S time. I tried calling them several times. So I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. The bank did return the $161.70. No May 15 my bank returned the money to Speedate because won the dispute. Now I am out the money and speedate and I will not be able to use their services because I disputed the charge against my account. Now I am out $161.70 and no service from speedate. Can they do this??
