I ordered wrinkle creams from facebook advert for €2.99 and €3.99 and got charged €455 divided in several amounts dated 25/04 and 05/05. They have sent me 4 creams which I do not want for that price and I have no way of tracing them. I called them and they were very friendly, gave me a return number but who are they? How do I know that I will get my money back? There is no email address, and only postal box addresses, no information on delivery, no street addres, no name of a person. Who are they and how many people have they scammed. Please do not buy anything from them, you will be conned as much as many people before you.
