I filed a scam report with BBB as well as a formal complaint. I am working with my bank to get this money refunded. I have to go to the bank to file a claim. My bank did suggest that you can have two accounts whereas you would use 1 account for online purchases with 1 debit card and another account for paying your bills using a separate debit card. Something to think about.
