I have been an account now holder for the last 3 years. I always used the direct deposit option to have my tax refund. This year they let me access my tax refund amount for 2 months then they put a hold on my funds. I contacted them and they could not give me a reason as to why my funds are being held. I caled the risk dept and they also could not inform me of the problem. They told me to send my DL SSN bill in my name and a copy of my W2. I then asked them how can I forge a Government check with my name and social that is directly deposited into my account from the IRS. Where is the ligic in this???
