I ordered these free trail things, when i got them i called them straight away to cancel the card id used, the girl on the phone assured me it was cancelled. They took £60.95 from my account on the 2/5, i called them straight away, they said sorry for taking money and that i would get a full refund as soon as they recieved the goods back, i posted them that day, im still waiting on my money back! I used my partners account for the postage to get them, its his account they ve used not mine, he s going mental about it... How can i get my money back???
