I ordered what I though (as advertised on their web page) a free trial. I gave them me debit card details for the postage of £2.39. There was no mention that I was subscribing to a monthly subscription, and if I did not want this I had to unsubscribe within 14 days.
I then received the item within 2 days. 14 day to the date of my order I noticed that £75 had come out of my bank account.
I have been in touch with my bank who have put a block on Nutrascience, but say they cannot claim the £75 back.
I emailed Nutrascience and received a reply saying I did not cancel my subscription so they would not refund the £75. It was never made clear that I was subscribing to any subscription. And if they have taken the £75 where was the Free Trial I was susposed to have received.
