I signed up for the LPN to Rn program thruogh The College Network 2 years ago I was told it was for Excelsior College and that I would earn credits throught Excelsior College. I recently found out The college network is not an accreditied college nor are the affiliated with and accredited Collgeg or universtiy. I have paied over $6,000 dollars over a 2 year period. I have no credits toward my RN degree. I have attempted to test out of 4 subjects 3 of which I failed. I studied for each subject intensly for 3-6 months. Upon taking the equivalency test for eahe subject I reolized that none of the materials I studied were in the exams. I feel that the material provided by The College Network did not prepare me for the exams. I contacted The Attourney General of Missouri who then contacted The College Network. The College Network agreed to reasle me from my contract but wanted me to sign a realse statement that I would not to be refunded, they would liquidate my money and apply it toward educational credit. Then they charged my account this morning. I do not plan on signing the realse statment I want my money back, what they have done is not ok. This complaint also falls under fales advertising, unautherized charge, as well as scam.
