Bad Hem Quality

In the past year I've purchased 4 skirts from JCrew that have been $100 and ALL of them, on the first week or so of wearing them have hems that run out. The quality of them are really bad. How can you justify this as a company. If a consumer pays $100 or more an a skirt it should be not have the hem run and be of better quality.
