Snap XM Radio came defective out of unsealed box from San Bernardino 92408 store at 493 Orange Show Rd. I wasted my time installing a defective item, and when I went back to return it I had to go through a 3rd degree. I've been an intermittent RS customer for over 30 years, and have had numerous problems with quality control. It's time to fix this, RS, or I won't soon be returning.
