They promised Duration Fast Withdrawals Min-Max

I have sent them 500 usd and I have never gotten my money. They have said on their website that withdrawal are paid out with in 12 hours of the withdrawal request. Today we are on the 05/11 and all the tickets I have sent to the support have been ignored.
Please stay away from people like that..
