I make custom dolls and art projects by order. On 4/16 Tracy Kaylor purchased two dolls from me of just under $500.00. All was well at first, she was curteous and patient. Then once she received the items (confirmed via USPS tracking), she issued a charge back 5/9 saying that she never got them. She has stiffed my company out of hundreds of dollars.instead of going through paypal, I have filed criminal charges against her. Though this is in the process of being resolved through the criminal justice system, I want to go ahead and put the story out there because who knows who else she has done this to. She didn't buy from me on eBay, but I have included her eBay ID since she is so very shady, I can only assume she has done that there as well
