I ordered a FREE trial offer of their products, order #11679. Upon the completion of the order, I noticed that they were charging me $107.45 for the shipping. I immediately called their office to tell them I want to cancel the order. Only 4 days went by and I received the order by mail. I shipped it back to them. I called my credit card company and they said, "that I have to wait until it is on my statement". The statement came and there was the charge. Well, even though I called to cancel on the 20th, they charged me on the 21st. I am prepared to go to court on this and I feel I have enough evidence to win. However, if you can get me this money returned now, I would be grateful.
