I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse in Nov 07. This product did not work at all since i purchased. I wrote to india times number of times. They promised me they will replace the damaged product. Six months have passed india times did nothing to help me get the replacement. Everytime they will promise over the phone that some courier man will come and pick-up the damaged product. No body came during this six month period.india times do not keep their promise. I think it is a fraud online network people dealing with this network should be extra carefull. Smeone should stop the companies like this be aware
