After signing up, my computer crashed. Called and cancelled 'cause of crashed computer. One year later they take out 39.98 from my checking account without my permission. How ever they did refund my money this time, thanks to going to their web site, other complaints were their also. A phone number from another person who left a complaint, help me to get a hold of them, for my refund. When they charge your account, their is no number to call them just a sequence of numbers after their web site name.
