This company is not only rude but a complete fraude. I signed up for a car fax that was supposed to be only $2.95 to later find on my bank statement that they had taken $29.95 more out of my account. I called them they said I had to do a refund form... Too bad the damn thing doesn't exist. I will call them all day if I have to. The simple fact that they charged me for a "membership fee" that wasn't even mentioned in anything that I had seen is ridiculous. Anyone who has been on this sight or has had their money taken for the same reason should do just this, tell everyone so that they can not be taken for granted or have their money stolen from them for no reason. Post all complaints anywhere and everywhere about how bad this place is. I will get my money back even if I have to go to court, its the principle that anyone can get online and just take your money for no reason without telling you about "secret costs". This is not the end of this battle, from what I have read it has not just happened to me.
