I was sent a bill for $599.99 for services that were never ordered. Then they added late fees and interest. I explained that I was the only person authorized in this company to change or add any services. They then said that any employee COULD make changes, and the employer would be responsible! I then lost my cool after several attempts to get him to be quiet, so I could ask some questions. Finally I shouted STOP TALKING (he didn't) so I hung up. I then went on line to look up this compay... Guess what I found? That's right all you other companies going thru the same thing with the same scammer.
