I was using this service for a free period. After that time arrived, I contacted them to have them stop the membership and to reimburse any monies. That was a week ago, and, today, there was a charge for $49.50 on my account.
I went to the site to sign in and explain that I wanted a refund. They wouldn't accept my password and said they would send a new password to my email address. I has not come.
I would like their telephone numer by have been unable to find it.
