The College of Oceaneering
The college of Oceaneering is denying me my future as a dive

I could not finish the second half of the school to have a specialty, but i did complete the commercial diving part with a A grade. My x-wife had gone to child support service; whom had my license suspended, which made it impossible to get to school.

I had asked the president of the school, (i cant remember his name) if he could help me get my paperwork through the ADC which is the only entity that certifies divers. He told me no, i even told him that i would pay the fee for the certificate. I earned the right to be a diver by passing the class. At the time i was doing this i had the qualification for having a commercial diving title.

Days after talking with the guy at ADC the requirement changed, and now i would have to go through the whole school again. Well i took a student loan out to go to this school and i have not paid it off and my tax refunds get taken to pay for this loan. I feel that i should not have to finish paying for it and the school should be responsible for it.
