Horrible service and misleading product and assitance! We had originally ordered the harness for large dogs this was very misleading! When we received it didnt even fit our 1 yr old shepard! We called immediately upon receiving it and were talked into purchasing another this size an xl. Wow spent 2 shipping fees then the return postage also and the xl maybe gained an inch! (and the 2nd oprder was more costly i am assuming due to an xl vs a l.) the supervisor and customer service person were very unpersonable and pretty much force fed another product. We asked for someone that spoke english as the language barrier was too great being from the south and talking to an asian orient both ways were hard to understand... But nope that didnt happen either so we got scammed on the 2nd order too then the refund was so generous we were screwed out of the shippings and still left with no product! Another phone call is not worth the service! Very unsatisfied
