Poor service... Horrible - mori lee

I ordered two dresses, I received an email the next day stating that one of the dresses was out of stock. I replied back to let them know I will wait for them to fill my order it showed availbale when I ordered the dresses. They then replied that they are not able to get it to me by the date that I need it, I was not in a rush so I replied that I could wait. They then said the deisgner was not going to fill it... BS
I called their 800 number and asked if the manager would sell the next size up for less, so that I could use the money to alter the dress. They did not want to help, I had ordered from them in the past and was shocked that they would not accommodate me, they then said they had other issues on other orders they needed to work for unless I was willing to pay the full price, I needed to hang up so I dont waste their time... WOW
Please dont order from this site, go to NEWYORDRESS.com, they are known for the best customer service and great products with fast shipping
