Every horrid review you are reading about direct buy is true and then some... I think the company is ran by the mafia or something. I mean not allowing a couple [before they buy] to think about a 4000.00 dollar purchase at least over night is completely nuts!!! I mean what hard working family buys a 4000.00 item on a whim based on a 90 min presentation. And the "free gifts" for attending the presentaion is so misleading it should be illegal. The 100 dollar restaurant gift card was just coupons you have to spend at only a handful of restaurants and you have to purchase something first before u can use them! The "free" vacation is so full of hidden fees and crazy restrictions that it makes it not even worth redeeming at all!!!
