Driver speeding in parking lot

About 2:50 P.M. On 4/30 a UPS brown delivery truck hit the speed bump coming in our condo parking lot so hard that it shook my windows and sounded like an explosion, on his way out it was even worse, sounded like another plane crash! What a jerk, doesn't he realize there is a 15mph speed limit sign and speed bumps are there to MAKE YOU SLOW DOWN, not fly over them! Fire this guy!
