No Complaint Form on Pogo Site and Nasty Member Messages

I've been searching for hours on how to get to a complaint form etc. with this website!!! They offer no help at all, just a long list of FAQ. I'd like to know how to submit on this FAQ because I'm blatantly tired of the disgusting messages I'm receiving on here from members. I can't right click their name because they usually pop in and leave!
