Canasta Losses Over a Dozen Times in a Row Seem Unfair

I have never felt to shitty in my life. I pay for Pogo as I always have. In playing canasta, I have lost way over a dozen times in a row. This is crap. Pogo needs to do something to make it fair besides letting the other player win constantly. Pogo has poor customer service and ya can't even contact them.
