I ordered the Sedu curling iron from them on 3/29 after two call to their reps and 4 emails (I was supposed to receive this item between 7-14 days) never came.
So I finally contacted BBB yesterday. Today I received an email from Groupon that my money has been put back on the credit card. I am so disappointed with them.
So a word to the wise do not buy through them unless you are ready to be disappointed like me. Their customer service used to be good it has turned to crap I think they have become to big for their britches.
