Mr. John Miller has been calling me for about a year. He keeps telling me he is in my state and wants to deliver it to me today but when I ask him what state I live in he can never tell me. He gave me a name of a Richard Medndoza in Bloomington, CA to send a western union money gram. He stated this was a banker. I did a look up and the only Richard Mendoza from Bloomington, CA is a psycologist not a banker. Called the Number he gave me for the Banker and it has been disconnected.
