False advertizing & not doing all work as specificed

It was said that all ducts would be cleaned, never specificed that returns were not included, 21 inspection on furnace & dryer vents cleaned, & deodorize, never done. Claimed most of my vents were returns, I found out they were not returns but ducts that should have been cleaned, also didn't even know how to open furnace to change filters and after they left furnace did not work had to call Nicor Gas, which they said we should have called them lst, why would I since they had no clue about furnace. Tried to have me sign a 3yr. Warranty, a total of almost $400.00, & when I refused they didn'[t finish the job properly. Called about refund 4/26, said they would check, 0n 4/27 told they would not give us any credit or refund. They do not stand behind there work. Left my home a mess, should have vacuumed. They are not qualified for there work.
