I also received a charge on my account as well, for the same amount and same company. I called my bank and they gave me the phone number that issued the transaction. I then called the number 877-781-7082 and told them that this is not my charge. She said it was made on a secure server under my name. So I asked for email address used and it was no where near my email address. This is a scam. I was told that I would receive my refund in 3-6 business days and that my payment information was deleted from their records... How did they get it in the first place is what I want to know. Who is this Alliance Network? Anyone know??
