I just realized StopZilla has been billing me $39.95 over the last 5 years for their services. I never renewed with them as I thought their product was sub-par at best, now upon further research I see it's a scam.

I contacted my credit card company and noted it was a fraudulent charge, and additionally put a merchant block on them going forward so no future charges can be made.
