I purchased Stopzilla to block and remove spyware and viruses from my computer. It seems that Stopzilla is ineffective and may possibly be a trojan type virus in itself. It hasn't blocked or removed spyware and viruses and appears to be loading them instead. My computer is a wreck.

Also, when purchasing the product, information for a rebate was supposed to be mailed to me. This purchase was made over a month ago and I have not received anything from the company.
